FORT HOOD TERRORIST NIDAL HASAN, SUING FOR EXCESSIVE FORCE

The First Tourist is making yet another world tour and his policies are taking this Nation down a path never intended by our Founders. The 9/11 terrorists are being treated as common criminals and brought to trial in a civilian court in the very city where their acts of Jihad were carried out.

And if all of this isn't enough to make you pull your hair out it is now being reported that Nidal Hasan, the Muslim terrorist who went on a murderous rampage at Fort Hood, Texas and unfortunately survived, will be crippled because of the wounds received from the brave actions of Officer Kimberly Munley and because he was shot four times rather than just two, Hasan is suing Officer Munley for, "excessive force."

UNBELIEVABLE! Who cares if Hasan will be crippled for the rest of his despicable life prior to execution for the murder of 14 people at Fort Hood. Yet his attorney calls this Islamic terrorist thug a victim and stated when announcing the suit, "My client, Mr Hasan was at the wrong place and the wrong time, and now has become the victim himself," Dewey added. "I mean, was it really necessary to pump four bullets into the man? Wouldn't one have been sufficient? Two at the most?"

Hasan was shouting, "Allahu Akbar, god is great," while firing in every direction possible to kill as many as his bullets could, reloading and the firing again in a terrorist rampage as Officer Munley placed her life on the line, being shot in the process and took out a crazed mad man with four shots. Now this Islamic murderer is being called a victim by an attorney who obviously has no conscience or sense of principle. I feel quite sure that the idea of a law suit did not initially come from Hasan but from the unscrupulous attorney and Hasan whose very act of terrorism was designed to make him look the victim of religious persecution was an all to willing accomplice to this disgusting and uncalled for law suit.

Any court that actually accepts this case or even considers it with any seriousness, in my opinion, like the attorney is guilty of being an accomplice to this terrorist act after the fact by promoting the victim hood of an Islamic extremist whose full intent was to murder innocents as a religious and political statement.

The law suit development comes to light as the Senate has announced that scheduled hearings into the terrorist attack have been requested to be postponed BY THE WHITE HOUSE. In the immediate after math Barack Obama called for a complete investigation yet now that the light of daily press scrutiny has dimmed on the shootings, he calls for a postponement by the Senate. The Senate Armed Services Committee has caved to the request.

Fortunately Senator Joe Lieberman is standing on principle and has announced that he will continue with the scheduled hearings on Thursday from his Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee. In a statement released after the White House request Lieberman said, "Our goal, and the purpose of this inquiry, is to make as certain as possible that no such attack ever occurs again on an American military base. We will focus on national and homeland security and will not compromise the criminal case being conducted by law enforcement." Good for your Senator Lieberman!

Is the Obama administration afraid that a complete investigation will reveal that this was a terrorist attack despite official denials and that the weakness of Obama policy contributed to this happening ? My guess is that the answer to this question is yes. A complete failure in following through on know information about Hasan greatly contributed to the attack. Now the law suit trying to victimize this Islamic murderer adds to the total break down which resulted in the terrorist murder of 14 at Fort Hood, Texas.

OH MY F**N' G_D!!! UNF**N' BELIEVEABLE!

There's so much I could comment on this, but seriously, I hope some hospital orderly makes an untraceable medical mistake and "Maj" Ass-han never has the opportunity to come to trial. Boo-hoo (crocodile tears).

Sorry about taking so long to get here, Ken. I'm unbelievably swamped with chores. Urgh!

As for Hassan, if he thinks the officer used excessive force, just wait until he starts roasting in hell. He'll think this was a piece of cake!

I second Woodman's comment. Anything else I have to say about this pos would be far worse!
